Operation: The Return To Innocence
Somewhere right now, a child is waiting for a room that was built just for them. We are building it. North America’s first trauma-informed safe homes for displaced trafficking survivors ages 0 to 7 — because rescue is only the beginning, and every child deserves more than survival. Come build with us.
⏱ Why this cannot wait

“Every child deserves a childhood — a time of magic and wonder, of safety and security, in which to discover what life has to offer.”

Our Story — Jennifer Coburn, Founder & Executive Director — Alberta, Canada
Our founder is a child survivor herself. The darkness found her early — and found her more than once. Not trafficked, but as so many children have experienced — exploited and sexually assaulted. Innocence shattered.
And when her own journey led her deep into the truth about what is being done to children, she recognized it from the inside. She wasn’t supposed to know. But she did. And she couldn’t stay quiet.
It cost her. Shunned. Ostracized. Branded a conspiracy theorist for findings the world is only now catching up to.
Trauma steals one’s voice.
At times she withdrew — nearly abandoning what she believes is her soul mission and the building of this organization because of it.
She didn’t.
She turned the weight of what she carried into knowledge — studying child psychology, trauma-informed care, and somatic healing alongside the teachings of Gabor Maté, Peter Levine, and Diane Langberg. While struggling with her own healing, she was already building and supporting survivor-focused organizations across the globe. She carried this largely alone, for years, while the world slowly caught up.
What was done in the dark is finally coming to light — for healing.
The Clarity of Charity is what this decade of standing alone was always manifesting.
It is time. And every person who answers this call becomes a cornerstone of what is being built.
“We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us.”
— Romans 12:6
Time. Money. Skills. Talents.
Whatever you carry — there is a place for it here.
The darkness always knew who she was.
Now the hunted has become the hunter.
Make No Mistake
“This is spiritual warfare. There are things that happen to children no one likes to talk about. Things that happen for reasons most find difficult to understand. An epidemic — victimizing innocent children every minute of every day, all over our planet. It is easier to deny the malevolence than to face it. But all that is honest and pure is the secret of real peace.”
Trauma Fragments The Soul
“Multidimensional healing restores. Innocence lost; being raised in a world of exploitation and abuse desensitizes and normalizes toxicity. We were not intended as humans to be invisible, ineffective, or helpless. These children were meant to bear the image of something far greater than what was done to them.”
For Those Who Are Awake
“You weren’t supposed to know. But you do. The spiral doesn’t save them — building does. If what you know has nowhere to go, start here.”
The Scale Of The Crisis
Human trafficking is now known to be the most lucrative crime in the world. These are not estimates — they are documented realities happening every minute of every day, all over our planet.

A defeating reality is the return of many survivors back into situations of exploitation following aftercare services — because resources are limited, and corruption or abuse can sometimes be present in shelters, foster care, and government services. These displaced children find themselves back in an at-risk situation once more.
“Walking with survivors is incredibly challenging. It’s complex, costly work that takes years, not days — not a program, but a childhood rebuilt from the ground up.”
Why This Must Exist
In reality, these injured young ones will never be able to relate with a “normal childhood” or healthy children whose innocence remains intact. That is not a tragedy to hide — it is a truth to honour.
So we build for them. Communities designed specifically for them. Trauma-informed. Low stimuli. Set in natural environments. Where children who have survived the same darkness can heal together, grow together, and reclaim together what was taken from them.
Giving them the care and the tools needed to walk into their own life with healing, confidence, and a future. That is true freedom.
“The body heals with play. The mind heals with laughter. And the spirit heals with joy.”
The Healing Sanctuary
Tucked within vast, unspoiled nature — open skies, towering trees, and the quiet sounds of the earth healing itself. Far from the chaos that harmed these children. Far from the noise, the triggers, the danger. A place where the environment itself begins the work of restoration before a single program begins.
This sanctuary will be designed to hold our first community of survivors — dozens of young souls who will live, learn, grieve, laugh, and heal together. A large main residence with everything needed to raise children properly: shared meals prepared in a proper kitchen, a library filled with books, open spaces for movement and play, homeschooling programs, and a uniquely designed indoor therapeutic playroom — because all children deserve a childhood.
Staffed 24/7 with professionals and experts in their field — trauma-informed medical care, education, and therapy around the clock. This is costly, complex work — and it is worth every cent.
“Imagine a place where the echoes of pain are replaced by laughter, where the scars of trauma begin to fade, and where the promise of a better tomorrow becomes a reality. This is the vision that propels us forward.”
— Jennifer Coburn, Founder
Surrounded by nature — forests, open land, clean air — deliberately chosen to reduce environmental stressors and provide positive sensory healing
A large, secure main residence with space for our founding cohort of young survivors — shared meals, living spaces, and the warmth of community
A library, training spaces, and conference rooms where education, therapy, and staff development happen under one roof
A uniquely designed indoor therapeutic playroom — because play is not a luxury for these children. It is medicine.
Abundant land providing space for future builds as the demand for our services grows — this sanctuary is only the beginning
Intentionally remote and secure — protecting our children from those who would seek to harm them again, and from the world moving too fast for healing
The site has been found. The vision is clear. The children are waiting.
Now we need the community that will fund it, build it, and stand behind it.
Every gift — of any size — moves us one step closer.
“The gift is not as precious as the thought.”
How We Heal
Trauma destroys. It fragments the soul. Multidimensional healing restores. Band-Aid approaches — a prescription, a six-session cap, a single modality — do not restore what was taken. Our programs address the whole child: mind, body, and spirit.
Mental health care must be addressed with deep intention and expertise. Our approach centres on:
Medical care is a critical component of survivor care. Our children arrive carrying physical injuries no child should bear:
Welcomed with unconditional love and acceptance. Compassionate healers creating a secure environment where children will be cherished and nurtured — whilst on their empowering healing journey.
“Love is the medicine of total healing.”

Why Your Gift Matters
A mastermind is where people unite for a common goal — to brainstorm, support one another, and solve problems together. That is exactly what we are building. Every donor, volunteer, and partner becomes part of a living community working toward the same mission: the protection and healing of innocent children.
The confidence to donate comes from being assured that a non-profit follows ethical standards and that its programs make a real impact. Non-profits rely 97% on donations — donors are agents of significance. We are committed to full transparency in how every dollar is used, and to programs that create measurable, lasting change.
Humans are neurologically hardwired for giving and contribution. When you give, you do not just help a child — you become who you were meant to be.
With every facility and safe home we aim to construct, your contribution becomes a cornerstone in the foundation of resilience, strength, and a brighter future for these innocent souls.
We are dedicated to advocacy on behalf of survivors — collaboration with partners across a multitude of disciplines, training for those who work with survivors, and a commitment to changing cultural norms around child exploitation, trafficking, and slavery through progressive legislation and community mobilization.
